About the 2013 Récolte Grand Cru
This wine is modeled after the world’s finest white Burgundies from Montrachet, and immediately shows its serious nature.
On the nose, this expressive wine offers up aromas of dried apricots, citrus zest, marzipan and star anise. On the palate, Récolte Grand Cru makes a statement with vibrancy, structure and an enveloping texture. Flavors of Asian pear, crème caramel, honey and stone fruits abound, leading to a long, silky finish of vanilla, fennel spice and sweet oak.
2013 Récolte is extremely limited due to the exacting nature of its production.

The French word for “harvest”, Récolte Grand Cru is a hand harvested, barrel-fermented Chardonnay made from the finest selection of Domaine Serene Estate fruit. The pinnacle of our Chardonnay program, we combine the right clones, meticulous pruning, and dry farmed vineyards on Jory soil to coax this noble grape into producing a wine of elegance, brilliance and poise.
