Through my travels this past year, I have met so many Lancaster Estate fans! I love sharing our wines and am especially proud of this 08' Sophia's Hillside Cuvée. A blend of 97% Cabernet and 3% Merlot, this wine will really begin to peak this fall... just in time for burgers topped with grilled onions and fresh mozzarella with friends.
