As we step into the promise of the New Year and reflect upon the myriad accomplishments and opportunities that bore amazing fruit this past year, we would like to say THANK YOU for your tremendous support of our wines. We recognize it is the support of you, our loyal customers, which provides us the opportunity each year to craft the very best wines possible. 2011 was truly a year like no other, yet we are even more excited for what we have in store for 2012!
New Look
It was with great anticipation that we first shared our new wine label, packaging, and website this past spring. The response has been very positive, exceeding our wildest expectations!

We were honored by the phenomenal accolades bestowed upon the winery, including our 10th consecutive year as a Wine & Spirits "Winery of the Year," great scores across the board from the wine media, and the appearance of our wines on three “Top 100 Wines of the Year” lists; Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast's Cellar Selections, and Seattle Magazine.
Harvest
Washington is known for remarkably consistent growing conditions, but every once-in-a-while Mother Nature decides to make things a little more interesting! The cooler 2011 growing season was one when L'Ecole's 28 years of winemaking experience in the cellar and solid grower relationships were more vital than ever. We could not be more optimistic about the wine quality showing deep color and elegant balance. We harvested our second crop from our 2008 plantings at our newest estate vineyard, Ferguson Ridge, and are delightfully impressed by the beautiful aromatics, rich concentration, and lush fruit flavors we are seeing from this site. Stay tuned!
We have crafted a handful of exceptional, small-lot, single vineyard wines that we are eager to share with you. Each of these bottlings range from 75 - 367 cases and will be available exclusively from the winery. We will be sure to let you know when they are available!
