Of course, we hesitate to call 85 degree days 'hot', given the record temperatures seen in so much of the US over the last couple months. One of our constant companions has been the 2011 DDO Edition Rosé. It is our nod to the pleasures of summer, and it's a wine that we love on a Saturday night as much as a Tuesday night.
