Greetings, Harvest is winding down and all but our last blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon are finishing fermentation or already in barrel. While harvest is exhilarating, everyone is now able to take a deep breath and appreciate another successful vintage. This is a good time to proudly announce the release of three very special wines and you, our Wine Club members, are the first to know! 2009 Estate Perigee and 2009 Apogee need little introduction. As always, these wines represent our very best blocks of Bordeaux varieties at our Estate Seven Hills Vineyard (Perigee) and the Pepper Bridge Vineyard (Apogee). These wines will be included in your November Wine Club Selection. If you would like additional quantities or large format bottles, now is a great time to place your order.

2010 Grenache · Stone Tree Vineyard · Wahluke Slope is a brand new wine already generating a lot of excitement amongst winery staff. We have worked with this Grenache for several years as an important blending element of our Columbia Valley Syrah. This time it was simply too good and deserved to have a bit bottled on its own! Fresh and captivating, it features aromas of rose petal, raspberry and orange zest that carry forward into the mouth. This garnet-hued Grenache is exquisitely balanced with buoyant acidity and backed with elegant tannins. A flash of spice on the mineral finish keeps it lively. With just 150 cases produced, there is insufficient quantity to include in a Wine Club Selection.
