The wine opens with a superb bouquet of fresh blackberries with rich milk chocolate and dark currants. The flavors are soft and ripe, with black cherries, layers of cassis, truffle and spice enhanced by a touch of oak.

2006 Le Roi Pinot Noir
This wine opens with aromas of ripe Bing cherries and rose petals. Notes of fresh strawberry blend with complex flavors of shiitake mushroom, forest floor, and bright notes of citrus peel. This wine is medium-bodied with well-integrated acidity and supple tannins. Finishes nicely with cola and lovely brown spices.
