Winemakers Marty Clubb and Mike Sharon will lead you through a barrel sampling and discussion of our two 2011 single vineyard Estate Bordeaux-style blends: Ferguson (inaugural vintage from Ferguson Vineyard) and Perigee (Seven Hills Vineyard). Our two estate vineyards are located less than 1/4 mile from one another, but are comprised of very different soils ~ fractured basalt at Ferguson and wind-blown loess at Seven Hills. Discover the unique expression of each vineyard in your glass! Also, enjoy a private tasting of spring releases accompanied by light appetizers following the barrel tasting. Limited to 30 people per session.

You are receiving the first introduction of this brand new wine from one of our favorite Columbia Valley Vineyards - Candy Mountain. As evident in this bottle, wines produced from this site are known for their exceptional power and intense concentration. With its seductive aromatics of rich dark fruit, the bouquet is a pure hedonistic experience that invites one's nose to return to the glass. The intensity continues on the weighty palate with complex flavors of blackberry, German chocolate, cassis, and earth, leading to an immensely structured, lengthy finish. Just 345 cases were produced and we expect to sell out very quickly. You may purchase additional bottles of this wines now for shipment April 8 (12-bottle limit).
