What I love about the Malvasia Bianca is that it is such a flexible wine. It is a wine for those who don’t like dry wines and those who don’t really like dessert wines that are too sweet. Its intensity of aromatics and flavors are beautiful and appealing, lending it well to a role as an aperitif as well as accompaniment to a variety of spicy dishes—Asian cuisine in particular.
