Wishing Winemaker Domenica Totty a Very Happy Birthday!
Domenica Totty has been a member of the Beaulieu Vineyard winemaking team for a decade, working directly with Jeffrey Stambor, Director of Winemaking. She is the winemaker for all Appellation tier wines & the Maestro Collection, including many of your favorites: BV Rutherford Cab, BV Napa Cab, BV Napa Merlot, BV Beaurouge, BV Carneros Pinot & Chardonnay, BV Reserve Pinot & Chardonnay, and all non-Cabernet Maestro Collection wines.
Born and raised in Sebastopol, California, Domenica watched as Sonoma County transitioned from apple, nut and fruit orchards to vineyards. As a result, while attending college at the University of California at Davis, she recognized a unique opportunity and began studying viticulture and enology. Domenica also studied winemaking and brewing, which gave her the expeience that got her where she is today.
Domenica lives in Napa and loves traveling, home brewing and snowshoeing & will be celebrating her birthday on August 20th!
