2009 Bay Blend
Similar to the traditional white wines of Rhône, our Bay Blend combines the pretty, floral qualities of Viognier with the fat body and rich flavors of barrel-fermented Roussanne and Marsanne. The nose opens with fragrant honeysuckle and spice aromas, which develop fleshy stone-fruit qualities as the wine progresses across the palate. Notes of almond and hazelnut lend complexity as the flavors glide into a long, viscous finish. This medium-bodied white wine combines all the things we love about these varietals into a harmonious blend. Pair with roasted chicken or seafood dishes.

2008 Pato Petite Sirah
Our Pato Vineyard Petite Sirah exhibits this region’s famously rich, ripe fruit profile. Dark in color, the wine has a deep purple hue characteristic of this hedonistic varietal. Reduced black fruit and chocolate spice aromas are followed by a big, full-flavored palate adeptly balanced by its smooth, silky texture. A touch of floral–tobacco notes clings to the sweet finish. Dishes with big flavors and good acids will pair nicely; try veal piccata, peppered steak or a ratatouille.

2009 Rominger Syrah
Stylish and refined, our Rominger Vineyard Syrah exhibits a lovely, fruit-intensive character hemmed by a melody of varietal and barrel spices. Mellow aromas of molasses, black olive, clove and dark fruit lead the nose. Flavors come alive on the palate, exploding with black, brambly berries; Bing cherries and cassis. The addition of Viognier during fermentation gives a boost of fruit that extends into a big finish. Intricately structured, the wine combines richness and finesse, resulting in a highly satisfying wine. Pasta Bolognese or grilled rib eye would make an excellent pairing.
