Meet our Lindsay Palia! Meet Lindsay Palia, our wine club coordinator extraordinaire with very well-established roots at Rosenblum Cellars. She worked her first crush in 2005 after being introduced to John Kane by her Uncle, a long time wine club member. During her first season as a cellar rat she met a dashing, young man named Frankie who had come to work at Rosenblum Cellars on a student exchange program from Chile. Jump ahead 8 years and Lindsay and Frankie are now married with two adorable kids in tow. Over the years Lindsay has done everything from working in the vineyards to managing the tasting room and has a wealth of knowledge about every aspect of Rosenblum Cellars. Always positive and hardworking, Lindsay can be counted on to put smiles on the faces of our staff and guests alike. While these days she spends most of her time in the office making sure our wine club members are taken care of Lindsay can occasionally be spotted lending a hand in the tasting room or manning the wine club table at our Open Houses. Lindsay's passion for Rosenblum runs deeper than what is in the bottle; she has built her own family here and is a very dear part of the Rosenblum Cellars family as well. So, if you haven't met her yet and happen to catch her in the tasting room introduce yourself, she is a great friend to have. Lindsay and Frankie recommend the Monte Rosso Zinfandel. Especially if it is paired balsamic roasted vegetable risotto and shared with friends and family in their backyard. Take a chance! Spicy Lamb Sliders These small lamb-burgers have the familiar look of mini hamburgers but their spicy flavor makes them a distinctively delicious tasting hors d'oeuvre to go with Rosenblum Zinfandels.
