Decadent dark-fruit aromas open our 2007 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Fragrant spices lift through layers of dark cherries and black cassis, developing an intense perfume of licorice, cocoa powder and black pepper when swirled. 2007 Three Palms Merlot - Retail $60
The wine's deep, ripe black cherry aromas and expansive flavors slowly unfold to reveal complex notes of mineral, mocha, spice, rose and toasty oak. This beautifully balanced expression of Merlot comes from vines that struggle in rocky, volcanic soils along the eastern flank of Napa Valley. This wonderful Merlot is the perfect companion for chocolate truffles or sautéed mushrooms.
2008 DM Cabernet - Retail $65 - New Release
This intense, mountain-grown wine has a dark ruby color and aromas of spicy black cherry, toasty oak, and blueberry. This big, rich wine will mature beautifully over the years. Enjoy it with roast tenderloin or roast rack of lamb.
2009 Reserve Merlot - Retail $60 - New Release
Striking aromas of plum, bramble, and butterscotch seduce the senses, followed by a dark, dense entry of black fruit on the palate. Chewy tannins give the fruit footing as it delves into a lovely, satisfying finish. With nice acidity, the wine promises years of aging as well as perfect food pairing potential.
