Once August rolls around, it seems that we’ve all but abandoned our kitchen oven and stove in favor of our backyard grill. Whether you prefer charcoal or gas, you’ve got to agree that grilling in the open air beats slaving over a hot stove any day of the week! The best thing about grilling is that it’s such a flexible way to cook. You can prepare anything from appetizers and salads to entrees and desserts on the grill with delicious results. Join Viansa Winery for the magic and thrill of “Broadway Under The Stars,” a series of award-winning concerts produced by the Transcendence Theatre Company, which features established Broadway and Hollywood performers in the breathtaking open-air winery ruins in Sonoma’s Jack London State Historic Park.
