With another exciting harvest in full swing, we are delighted to introduce our valued customers to the newest release from the exceptional 2012 vintage: Récolte Chardonnay. Récolte is a hand harvested, limited production, barrel fermented Chardonnay made from the finest selection of Domaine Serene estate Chardonnay. We combine the right clones, high elevation and dry farmed vineyards to coax this noble grape into producing a wine of elegance, brilliance and poise. The 2012 vintage was characterized by lower yields and dry conditions, leading to wines of great flavor intensity, richness, and opulence.
