Semillon lovers rejoice! We heard your calls for the return of a 100% Semillon offering and for the first time in many years have crafted a small bottling for your enjoyment! The fruit for this special bottling comes from Stillwater Creek Vineyard which is situated on a steep, south-facing slope of the Frenchman Hills. Seasoned viticulturalist Ed Kelly meticulously manages the vineyard; a cooler climate site that is consistently one of our best for Semillon. Tasting Notes: This crisp, aromatic gem shows multiple layers of fresh Pink Lady apple and lanolin with floral passion fruit aromas and hints of lemon and tropical fruit on a refreshingly balanced finish.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts, our new Chardonnay hails from Evergreen Vineyard, a high elevation, cool climate site with broken caliche and fractured basalt soils. Evergreen is renowned for producing incredible white varietals noted for their vibrant aromatics, crystalline acidity, and intense minerality. Tasting Notes: An underlying mineral element sets the pace in this elegant, expressive wine. Lime blossom, apple, lemon and spice notes come together on the rich structure, persisting harmoniously through the chalky mineral and mouthwatering finish.
