 The 2011 Garfield Block Pinot Noir has a dark red hue, with darker reddish fruit character, plum, campfire, touch of rhubarb, black tea, and a little loam. It is very smooth and full bodied, with lots of supporting tannins. The mouthfeel is such that it could be characterized as having a dry finish, but it's one that has a lot of body wrapped up with it, so it's very balanced but built to age. 90 points - Wine Enthusiast
