2012 Cellar Club Calistoga Cabernet Sauvignon!
Captivating and complex, our 2012 Calistoga Cabernet Sauvignon was lovingly crafted in our state-of-the-art Reserve Winery. Rich aromas of caramel and nutmeg flood the senses, followed by notes of cedar and clove. The bright acidity and smooth, velvety tannins create a perfect balance on the palate with opulent flavors of cherry flambé and hazelnut mocha. This Cabernet can be enjoyed today; however, it will richly reward those willing to age it for at least 2 to 5 years with the potential to age beautifully for 10 to 15 years.
