2011 Cellar Club Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon
Produced in our reserve winery, our 2011 Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon is a small-lot tribute to this unique area within Napa Valley. The slightly cooler conditions of this region produce a wine with big tannins and rich color. Fragrant cedar, graphite and violet aromas grace the dark fruit on the nose. The palate is big and rich, with a concentrated black cherry entry followed by brambly berries and toasty oak. Both generous and bold, the wine will age well for many years.

Welcome our new Assistant Winemaker, Lauren Kopit
Lauren started out at Sterling Vineyards as a Harvest Intern; prior to that she worked two vintages in Napa Valley and one in New Zealand, and has experience in laboratory and cellar operations. Lauren holds a BS in Microbiology and an MS in Viticulture and Enology, both from the University of California, Davis.
On behalf of the Sterling Vineyards team we would like to welcome Lauren to Sterling, where she joins us in our pursuit of excellence and quality.
